The whole path of ‘the divinely detached’ i.e. वीतराग is linked to humility. India is the pioneer in the religion of
humility. Humility par excellence is manifested in all actions from folding of
hands to complete साष्टांग
प्रणाम involving eight organs of
the body. Ultimately when utmost humility is achieved, liberation follows.
